PROBLEM

A customer in the rail vehicle manufacturing sector was looking for a solution that would significantly ease the operator’s workload, increase safety, and at the same time not burden operations with complex technology.
SOLUTION
We designed and suppliedvertical unwinding stands for cable reels, which enable smooth and controlled unwinding of cables using a pulley system. The solution also includes an integrated brake that prevents the cable from unwinding on its own, for example, when work is interrupted. The entire device is designed with an emphasis on simplicity and easy operation.
