Problem: The lengthy preheating process was slowing down subsequent operations
The existing preheating step was time-consuming, which led to delays between operations and unnecessarily prolonged the entire cycle. The goal was to streamline the preheating process while maintaining a stable and repeatable process flow.
Solution: multi-stage preheating, top pressure, and automatic feed
We designed a preheating zone divided into several stages so that the preheating process could be better adapted to the production process and would not slow down the line’s cycle time. We supplemented the existing table with a heated plate by adding top pressure via an unheated plate. The solution also includes automated material feed after preheating is complete, ensuring a smooth transition to the next operation without unnecessary waiting.
