When I started out in my garage as a sole proprietor in 2001, I focused mainly on the technical side of things—how to design, build, and get things up and running.

Gradually, however, I came to understand one important thing.

Technology alone does not solve the problem.

What really sets companies apart isn't the machines they use, but how well their production process is designed.

That is why, today, PEŠEK Machinery is much more than just a technology supplier.

We help companies identify weaknesses in their production processes, analyze their operations, and propose solutions that boost productivity over the long term.

Sometimes the result is a simple device. Other times, it’s a manipulator or an automated workstation. But technology is never the goal.

The goal is always to improve production efficiency.

And that’s exactly why I still enjoy working in this field, even after more than twenty years.
